Luft means air. Space. Room to breathe.
I started this business because I believe the best leaders aren’t born with the answers. They practise. They get things wrong in safe rooms so they get them right when it counts.
The Beginning
I was an actor before any of this.
Twenty years ago, I stood in front of audiences for a living. I learned something on stage that most leadership training ignores: you don’t get better by talking about it. You get better by doing it. By rehearsing. With honest feedback from people who’ll tell you what actually landed and what didn’t.
When I moved into corporate facilitation, I brought that with me — the belief that real practice beats any slide deck.
What We Believe
Difference isn't something we accommodate. It's how we work.
Every session we design starts with the people in the room — their backgrounds, their learning styles, their lived experience.
It reminds me that the hardest discussions produce the deepest understanding.
As a Jewish man, I know what it’s like to wonder if you belong. That awareness runs through everything we build.
Meet The Team
Ben Nathan
Ben built Luft on a simple belief: we learn best by doing. Before coaching he was an actor, and that background shapes everything — the way sessions are designed, the emphasis on presence and voice, the insistence that practice beats theory every time.
EMCC and ILM accredited. Your single point of contact from discovery call to final evaluation. No handoffs.

Jide Fado
Jide is a trained actor who works in leadership development — presence, confidence, inclusion. His facilitation is experiential and practical. Not theoretical. He helps people communicate with clarity, navigate difficult conversations, and show up as themselves.
Outside the training room, he’s drawn to community, conversation, and storytelling. He cares deeply about creating belonging — particularly for young Black people forming their identity. He’s currently starting a walking group in North London.
Meet The Team
Pooj Middleton
Insights Discovery-accredited facilitator and coach with deep expertise in equity, diversity, and inclusion. Pooj doesn’t just talk about psychological safety — as a woman of colour and neurodivergent professional with ADHD, she brings lived experience of what it means to need it.
She creates learning environments where people feel valued and genuinely safe to be themselves. Outside work? Escape room enthusiast. Latch hook devotee. Proud mum of two.
“People will forget what you said. People will forget what you did. But people will never forget how you made them feel.” — Maya Angelou
Meet The Team
Kate Copeland
Kate’s been doing experiential learning since 2001 — long before it had a name in most boardrooms. ICF-accredited coach. Qualified in Emotional Intelligence, DiSC, Social Styles, and NLP.
She’ll tell you the most important thing she brings is drive, warmth, and the willingness to challenge you when you need it. She believes in smashing glass ceilings. She also believes in packed lunches eaten at the top of Scottish mountains.
“Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?” — Mary Oliver
How We WOrk
Curiosity first.
We don’t send you a menu of programmes. We ask questions. What’s going on in your team? What conversations are avoided? What does success look like?
Then we design from scratch. Every workshop, every session, every scenario, built around you and your reality.
