How long does a programme take?
Workshops are typically a full day or several days, depending on the objective. Team coaching runs over multiple sessions, designed around you. Executive 1-to-1 coaching usually starts with 6-7 sessions but can be flexed according to your need.
Where are you based?
Bristol and Bath, but we work across the UK and beyond. If the fit is right, geography won’t be the issue.
